Please read the following terms and conditions carefully.
The number of persons occupying the property must not exceed the number for which the reservation was made.
The Client is obliged to leave the property in a clean and tidy condition.
The Client is responsible for any damage caused to or loss of property during their stay.
No smoking is allowed in the premises.
No pets are allowed in the premises.
A deposit of £100 is payable to secure a reservation. The deposit is in addition to the cost of the holiday and is held as security against any loss or damage. If no deposit is received within 7 days of the Owner confirming a booking then the Owner reserves the right to cancel the booking without notification. If the Client cancels the booking at any time them the £100 deposit may not be refundable.
The full cost of the holiday is payable 8 weeks prior to the start of the holiday. If the booking is made less than 8 weeks prior to the start then the full cost of the holiday plus deposit of £100 is payable immediately. If full payment is not received within this time the Owner reserves the right to cancel the booking and re let the property.
Payment of deposit and cost of holiday can be made by cheque or bank transfer.
All linen (except cot linen), towels (one hand and one bath per person) and cost of electricity is included in the cost.
The property is usually let Saturday to Saturday however short breaks are available.
Access to the property will be confirmed nearer the time of the let.
Access to the property will be from 4pm on arrival day and the property must be vacated by 10am on departure day.
The deposit of £100 will be returned no later than 7 days after the end of the holiday providing the Terms and Conditions have been met.
Please advise the Owner of any defects immediately as the Client may be held liable for any costs for damages or defects if not notified to the Owner.
The Owner reserves the right to retain part or all of the deposit if any extra cleaning costs arise due to the property being left in an unacceptable condition.
The Client agrees not to act in any way so as to cause a disturbance to residents in neighbouring properties.
The owner cannot accept a booking from anyone under the age of 18 and reserves the right to refuse any booking.
No liability is accepted in respect of loss or damage/injury to the Client or any member of their party, their baggage, car or contents resulting from riot, war, adverse weather conditions or injury of loss caused by any Third party.
